Refund Policy
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
1. Credit purchases
Credits are prepaid digital units for use only within WeightGainer. Completed purchases are generally non-refundable after the credits are delivered, except where this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Failed generations
A generation request normally reserves one credit when processing starts. If generation fails before successful completion, the application is designed to return the reserved credit automatically.
3. Unsatisfactory AI output
AI-generated images are probabilistic. Visual artifacts, identity drift, anatomy errors, style variation, or an output that does not match subjective expectations do not by themselves qualify for a refund when the generation successfully completed and produced a retrievable result.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid without receiving the purchased credits, contact support with the PayPal transaction or order identifier and the email address associated with your WeightGainer account.
5. Service failure after payment
If a confirmed purchase is not credited to your account due to a verified WeightGainer-side failure and we cannot restore the purchased credits within a reasonable period, we may issue a refund or equivalent remedy as appropriate.
6. Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
Refunds may be denied where we reasonably determine that a request is fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, connected to prohibited use, or intended to obtain both credits and a payment reversal.
7. How to request a refund
Contact softsignal3band@gmail.com and include your account email, approximate purchase time, credit pack, and PayPal order or capture identifier where available. Do not send payment passwords or full card details.
8. Processing
Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing time depends on PayPal, your bank, card issuer, and applicable payment networks.
