AI Content Policy
This policy supplements the Terms of Service. Provider safety rules and applicable law may impose additional restrictions.
1. Purpose
WeightGainer is intended for consensual, lawful AI-assisted body-appearance visualization and creative image transformation involving adults.
2. Consent and image rights
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload another identifiable person's image for sensitive, humiliating, deceptive, exploitative, sexual, or otherwise harmful transformation without a valid legal basis and appropriate consent.
3. Minors
Do not use WeightGainer to generate, edit, sexualize, exploit, or otherwise create sensitive body-focused transformations of minors. The service is intended only for users age 18 or older and adult subjects.
4. Harassment, humiliation, and abuse
Do not use generated results to harass, shame, threaten, blackmail, bully, stalk, discriminate against, or intentionally cause distress to another person. This includes distributing altered images in a misleading or abusive context.
5. Sexual and intimate content
WeightGainer is not intended for non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, fetishized abuse, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions involving sexual content. Content involving coercion, minors, or non-consenting persons is prohibited.
6. Deception and impersonation
Do not present generated images as authentic evidence of real events, health conditions, body changes, or statements by a person when they are not. Do not use outputs for fraud, identity theft, impersonation, scams, manipulated evidence, or deceptive advertising.
7. Medical and health use
Generated results are not medical simulations, diagnoses, treatment predictions, nutrition guidance, or reliable forecasts of future body composition. Do not rely on them for medical decisions or present them as clinically accurate.
8. Illegal and rights-violating content
Do not use the service to create or distribute content that violates applicable law, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual-property rights, court orders, contractual duties, or other legal obligations.
9. Technical abuse
Do not automate excessive requests, bypass credit systems, evade rate limits or safety systems, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, scrape protected endpoints, or use stolen credentials or payment methods.
10. Enforcement
We may block requests, remove temporary results, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant transaction or security records, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Serious conduct may be reported where required by law.
11. Provider policies
Requests may also be restricted by OpenAI, Cloudflare, PayPal, Supabase, or other providers used to deliver the service. A request may fail or be rejected even when the conduct is not expressly listed above.
12. Reporting
To report suspected abuse, rights violations, or non-consensual use, contact softsignal3band@gmail.com with enough information for us to locate and assess the issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
